1967 PERU All Peruvian markets sell a variety of good snacks. This girl in Pisac market near Cusco is looking after her family's stall selling roast pork. The meat, in this case cheeks from the pig, cut into slices is sandwiched in bread usually with lettuce and yellow chili sauce.

Camera: Nikon F 35mm Single Lens Reflex with Auto Nikkor 50mm F1.4 lens. Film -Agfapan 100 at 1/125 second F3.2. Developed in Cusco using Kodak Microdol at normal dilution.
