ECUADOR The
Hotel Quito on a low hill just outside the main city was
completed in 1960 the year before this picture was taken.
It's modernism style was sweeping across South America at
this time and the architect was Charles Mckirahan from Florida.
The hotel was built at the instigation of President Velasco
Ibarra as the country was hosting the 12th conference of
the Pan American Chancellors.

second with yellow filter x 2. Developed by hand in Bogota,
using May and Baker Promicrol at normal dilution.
