BOLIVIA A
group of settlers clearing Amazonian forest land near Cotoca,
then a small town close to Santa Cruz. Today (2016) the
forest has gone and Cotoca has a population in excess of
45,000. One of the men is playing an accordion made by the
legendary firm of Paolo Soprani.
